@JoeTwerton @LittleNinjaUK @BathCA @LansdownView I'm pretty sure that (a) through traffic isn't as big an issue as people living in Bath driving to other destinations in the city and (b) the Govt (in its infinite wisdom) made investing in public transport essentially illegal. Plus you have COVID-19 leading to less PT use.
